 +**Brewday Notes (second attempt 10/20/2012):** \\
 +6 lbs (eyeballed from 12lbs container) Wildflower Honey from eBeeHoney. \\
 +2L starter.  Smack pack grew for 5 hours, then added to 1L DME starter.  Shook a few times, left overnight.  Krausen fell during the night.  Next day added another 1L DME starter.  Put on stir plate.  Very high activity, overflowed a bit, turned off stir plate. \\
 +Heated 8.6 gallons water to 160F. \\
 +Strike temp: 150F -- too low. Heated up, target 154F, overshot to 160F. Let it drift down over 10 minutes with lid off. Held at about 157F for the hour. \\
 +Iodine test clear at 50 mins, but mashed for 70 min.  \\
 +1 tsp yeast nutrient at 10 min. \\
 +1/4 tablet whirlfloc at 10 min. \\
 +OG low: 1.074 \\
